StrongBodies Exercise & Nutrition Classes

Join us for a FREE StrongBodies Program!  StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density.  Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.  StrongBodies is developed for middle-aged and older adults, but adults of any age can register. We provide all the equipment – hand and ankle weights and mats. Class is capped at 20 participants, and this class often fills up. We realize it’s summer and schedules are full, so participants are not required to attend every class, but obviously they’ll see more benefits if they do. Nutrition lessons will be once a week for about 15-20 minutes after the exercises.  Contact Bridget Rongner with any questions at 715-635-4447.
