Junior Leader’s Organization

The organization is open to all 4-H members’ grades 8-13.  The group plans social and educational events for all 4-H members in the County.  The meetings of this group are in addition to participation in a local club.

The goal of this group is to furnish instruction in leadership and career development to the 4-H members of the program, they also represent members in advising the 4-H Adult Leader’s Council on matters concerning the strengthening of 4-H work in Rusk County and they assist in the 4-H Adult Leaders’ Council and the UW Extension Office in the planning and conducting of 4-H activities.

This group meets monthly at the JLO Pavilion on the Fairgrounds.
